John has been specializing in public school benefits since 1984, assisting faculty and staff of schools across the eastern portion of Texas in understanding and receiving all of their benefits.

John holds a bachelor's and master's degree in education from Stephen F. Austin University and he taught 7 years in public schools in Texas.

He also is a member of the National Tax Sheltered Annuity Association and the Texas and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

John also is President of Crown Colony Country Club.
